About our farm

We're a 55-acre certified organic specialty salad green and herb farm tucked away in the friendly folds of the Northumberland Hills - east of Toronto, west of Kingston, in southern Ontario, Canada. Nature bestows us (by and large) with the ideal cold winters and hot summers - combined with glacial till sandy loam soil - for growing salad greens and a number of culinary and medicinal herbs, including garlic, lavender, echinacea. Our two hoophouses enable us to extend our growing season into March, April, November and December.
Look for our premium pre-washed salad greens including our signature arugula and spicy mesclun; baby beets & carrots, garlic, lavender, fresh herbs, herbal teas, pestos, oils & vinegars, sunflowers at the Riverdale Farmers Market in Toronto (Tuesdays, 3 - 7pm, May to October) and Don Valley Brickworks Farmers Market (Saturdays, 8am - 1pm, May to October). You will also find our produce at a few select restaurants and organic food shops in Toronto and Northumberland County.
